锯缘青蟹幼体肝胰腺细胞结构变化与其营养状况的关系Ⅰ状幼体Ⅰ期的研究

The Relationship Between the Changes of Ultrastractureof Hepatopancreatic Cells and the Nutritional Status of Scylla serrata. I:Studies on Zoea I

对锯缘青蟹氵蚤状幼体Ｉ期不同营养状态下（饥饿或投饵）肝胰腺细胞的超微结构进行了研究，实验表明，不同营养状态下肝胰腺细胞结构发生了较明显的变化，特别是Ｒ细胞某些胞器（如线粒体结构变化和微体颗粒数量和分布的变化）的变化与幼体的营养状态存在有密切的关系，在一定程度上可以表征幼体所处的营养状态，可作为营养状况的生理指标．

Hepatopancreatic cells of Scylla serrata zoea I were studies by electron microscopy after 10 hour starvation or feeding with rotifer cultivated with bread yeast. The results demonstrated that the significant ultrastructure changes of hepatopancreatic cells, espicially R cells, with their organelles, such as mitochondria and distribution of peroxisomes or microbodies were induced by effect starvation and influence of feed on zoea I. These changes can indicate the status of nutrition and can be used to monitor the nutritional status of Scylla serrata.
