For all the non-English majors in college under such an international and domestic environment, English has actually become a must. And College English Test Band 4 has subsequently become an overriding standard for non-English majors to reach in order to prove their ability in commanding English. And among all the individual parts in CET Band 4, listening comprehension is the part in which students lose their most points. This paper, aiming at helping the students develop their listening ability, will bring forward some relevant learning strategies while introducing the individual sections in listening comprehension.
