摘要
在现有超临界CO2萃取麦胚油实验的基础上,以乙醇作挟带剂,对乙醇及其加入量对萃取的影响进行了研究。结果表明,乙醇的加入量与萃取率的提高成正比;但随着乙醇加入量的增大,萃取率提高的幅度减小。乙醇的适宜用量为投料量的10%~15%(质量分数)。文中还就挟带剂对超临界CO2萃取麦胚油的作用机理作了分析。
Based on present experiments of supercritical CO 2 extraction of wheat plumule oil,effects of carrier alcohol and its amount of the extraction are studied. The results show that the yields of wheat plumole oil is directly proportional to the amount of alcohol, but the increasing range decreases with the increasing of the amount of alcohol, the proper percentage of which is 10%~15% of the total inventory. The mechanism of the experiment is also discussed in this paper.
