ZEUS机器人腹腔镜与常规腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的比较

A comparison of ZEUS robotic-assisted laparoscopic and conventional laparoscopic adrenalectomy

目的比较ZEUS机器人腹腔镜与常规腹腔镜肾上腺腺瘤切除术的临床应用。方法从2004年4月至2008年12月,采用ZEUS机器人腹腔镜和常规腹腔镜分别施行肾上腺腺瘤切除术21例和26例。分别比较两组平均手术时间、出血量、术后止痛剂应用、住院时间、住院费用以及术后恢复时间。组间统计学处理采用t检验。结果两组平均术中出血量、术后止痛剂应用、术后住院时间、住院费用,术后恢复工作时间等比较,差别无显著性(P>0.05)。但ZEUS机器人腹腔镜组平均手术时间较长,两组差别有显著性(P<0.01)。结论采用ZEUS机器人腹腔镜施行肾上腺腺瘤切除术,与常规腹腔镜比较同样具有创伤小,出血少、恢复快等优点。但操作ZEUS机器人腹腔镜缺乏触感,灵活性也略显不足,延长了手术时间。

Objective To compare the clinical application of ZUES robotic-assisted laparoscopy and conventional laparoscopy in adrenalectomy. Methods From April 2004 to December 2008, ZUES roboticassisted and conventional laparoscopic adrenalectomy were performed on 21 and 26 cases respectively. We compared the 2 groups in operative time, the amount of blood loss, analgesics usage, hospital stay, total cost and duration of recovery. Results The amount of blood loss, analgesics usage, hospital stay and duration of recovery were comparable between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The ZEUS robotic-assisted adrenalectomy had a longer operative time （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Comparing with conventional laparoscopy, the ZEUS robotic-assisted adrenalectomy has the similar advantages of mini-invasion, less blood loss, short recovery time. Because of lack of sense of tactility and flexibility, the ZEUS system had a longer operative time.
