Improvement on the Hydrolysis Resistance and Its Mechanism for Aluminum Nitride Powder Coated with Yttrium Oxalate Film

摘要 研究了表面涂覆草酸钇薄膜对氮化铝(AlN)粉耐水性的影响。结果显示:涂膜后AlN粉在100℃沸水中回流45min不与水反应,温度降至78℃时可耐水3h以上;耐水时间随涂覆量增加而增加,随温度升高而下降。水分子通过薄膜的扩散过程是影响AlN耐水性的决定因素。用X光电子能谱(XPS)和红外光谱测定了表面草酸钇与AlN界面形成的化学键。 The effect of yttrium oxalate film on the hydrolysis resistance of aluminum nitride powder was studied. The coated film improved the powder's ability of water corrosion, and the coated powder not react with water at 100℃ for 45 minutes and 78℃ for over 3 hours. The resistance time to hydrolysis was increased with an increase of the film content, but decreased with temperature, which was governed by water diffusion through the film. XPS and IR showed that chemical bonds were formed at the interface of AlN/Y2(C2O4)3. 
