摘要 考察了反应时间、酶浓度(酶/酚)、pH、底物化学结构及凝聚剂等因素对酪氨酸酶净化氯酚类化合物的效果。反应24h,pH为7.0,酶酚比为209U/mg时,对氯酚的去除率可达90%以上,苯酚的去除率为85%,而间氯酚和邻氯酚的去除率仅25%左右,当加入凝聚剂后可显著提高氯酚类的去除效率。 The removal of phenol and chlorophenol catalyzed by tyrosinase was studied.The effects of several main factors,such as the reaction time,enzyme concentrations (enzyme/phenol ratios),pH,chemical structure of the substrate and flocculants on phenol and chlorophenol removal were discussed in detail.The results indicated that under opytimal conditions,the removal rate of 4chlorophenol were above 94.8%,the removal efficiency of phenol is higher than 85%,and the removal percentages of 3chlorophenol and 2chlorophenol were 50%.The removal efficiency of chlorophenols and phenol can be improved effectively with the addition of some flocculants.
