摘要
目的面向工厂机械加工生产实践,开发融合工艺装备管理与设计于一体的计算机集成应用系统。方法采用统一的工艺装备数据库,基于计算机网络环境,集成工装管理与工装CAD应用软件环境,开发现划的使用功能。结果涉及工艺装备的各部门能及时按需要获得有关信息,工装设计人员借此可以确定是借用已有工装或是重新设计。结论利用该系统可提高工装的重复利用率,节省装备开支。
Aim To develop a computer integrated application system for managing and designing manufacture equipments used in the process of manufacture.Methods Based on the unified manufacture equipment data base, the system was set up integrating systems of computer aided management and design for manufacture equipments in the computer network environment. Results All departments related to manufacture equipments in the factory can acquire the information about them in the network environment.Designers can decide to design a new manufacture equipment or to use a similar one existing in the data base partly or completely. Conclusion By this way, the utilization ratio of manufacture equipments is raised and the production cost drops off.
