摘要
采用固相反应法(SSR)制备Eu3+掺杂的ZnAl2O4荧光粉,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、光致荧光光谱(PL)对样品进行表征.结果表明:Eu3+的掺杂浓度在不超过0.5 at.%时,样品呈现ZnAl2O4纯相尖晶石结构;样品Zn1-xAl2O4:xEu的激发光谱由200~350 nm的宽激发带和4个锐线谱(360、380、393和463 nm)两部分组成;ZnAl2O4:Eu3+荧光粉的发射光谱由Eu3+的5D0-7FJ(J=0~4)跃迁构成.
ZnAl2O4 phosphors doped with Eu3+ ions were prepared by the solid state reaction method. X-ray diffraction(XRD), Photoluminescence(PL) measurements were used to characterize the samples. Analysis results showed that the sample structure keeps pure spinel phase up to the doping concentration of 0.005 of Eu^3+. The excitation spectra of Zn1-xAl2O4: xEu phosphors consist of two wide excitation bands located within 200- 350 nm and four sharp peaks belong to the intra shell f-f transitons of Eu3+ ions. The wide excitation bands within 200-350 nm relate to the charge transfer band and the host absorption. The emission spectra of the samples consist of 5D0-TFj(J= 0-4) transitions of Eu^3+ ions.
