双轴燃气蒸汽联合循环机组协调控制策略研究 被引量:9

摘要 双轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组要实现良好的负荷响应速度和较好的调峰能力需要设计和投入整套机组负荷协调控制,完成对燃机和汽机所承担负荷的合理分配,完成对余热锅炉主汽压力的监视和控制,实现机组AGC和一次调频功能。针对上述需求,提出采用以基本比例为基础,引入PID算法进行辅助修正的负荷分配方案,完成对联合循环机组总功率的协调控制。AGC功能基于负荷分配回路,实现网调对联合循环机组总功率的直接控制。针对燃机负荷响应快速的特点,设计由燃机单一承担联合机组的一次调频任务。郑常庄电厂机组试验结果表明,本文提出的协调控制策略实现了双轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的整体控制功能要求,满足整套联合循环机组快速升降负荷的需要。本控制策略逻辑清晰,可控性强,具有较强的通用性和实用性,能适用于多轴燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的协调控制。 Designing and implementing coordinated control system, such as load distribution, monitoring and control- ling main pressure signal, implementing AGC and primary frequency regulation is beneficial to fast response to load demand and good cyclic operation. Based on this demand new load distribution method was put forward for implemen- ting gas-steam combined cycle unit~ coordinated control system, which mainly including proportion and corrected by PID arithmetic. Based on load distribution, the AGC part implemented Central China Power Control Centers directly controlling the power of gas-steam combined cycle unit. Because of gas turbine~ fast response to load demand, de- signed gas turbine taking the role of primary frequency regulation. The result of tests on the units of Zhengchang- zhuang power plant indicates the control strategy proposed by this paper implementing unit load to meet the needs of rapid movement. This controllable, general and practical control strategy is applied to multi-shaft gas- steam com- bined cycle unit's coordinated control system.
