摘要 针对珠海金湾发电有限公司多次发生汽动给水泵的润滑油泵故障跳闸,备用油泵自启正常,但仍然造成小汽机跳闸的事故进行了研究分析。确定了在润滑油管路加装蓄能器的改造方案,并对加装蓄能器的容积进行核算,消除了因油泵故障的原因导致小汽机跳闸的安全隐患。 When the lubricating pump of steam-driven feedwater pump gets falsely tripped, the standby pump would start automatically. However,the subturbine still trips. This problem occurred many times ever since Zhuhai Jinwan Power Generation Co. , Ltd. , being put into commercial operation. This paper has an overall analysis on this problem and comes up with an improvement plan. An accumulator was added to the lubricating system and cubage of the accu- mulator was calculated. With these efforts, the safety problems were cleared up eventually.
