酸性气田增压系统空冷机管束箱丝堵断裂失效原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、紫外可见分光光度计(UV-VISS)及金相分析等多种分析方法,对酸性气田增压系统空冷机丝堵断裂试件进行检测,结果表明:丝堵断裂源于硫化物应力腐蚀(SSC),导致SSC的主要原因是材料硬度过高和密封结构不合理。此外,提出了防止丝堵失效的改进措施。 Detected are plug failure test specimen in air cooler for compressor system in sour gas field by using such methods as SEM,EDS,UV-VISS and metallographic analysis. The result shows that the plug failure resulted from sulfide stress corrosion (SSC) and the leading causes resulting in SSC are too high material hardness and bad sealing construction. According to such problems,some measures are put forward for preventing the plug failure.
