Effect of plane stresses on magnetic properties and its experimental analysis

摘要 从磁性、弹性基本理论出发,根据最小能原理推导出应力张量磁化率关系表达式,提出张量磁化率Mohr圆概念,得出主磁化率表达式以及主磁化率方向夹角,进一步得出应力-磁化率变化量的关系表达式。设计出磁化率检测装置,测量了受单向应力状态下的机械钢板不同取向上的磁化率。实验结果表明理论值与实验值符合的很好。从而为改善磁测技术提供了理论依据和潜在方法。 According to magnetic and elastic basic theory, stress-tensor-susceptibility expression was derived by using minimum energy principle, conception oftensor-susceptibility-Mohr-circle as well as principal susceptibility and principal susceptibility angle were put forwarded, variation relationship of stress and susceptibility change on arbitrary direction was further studied on this basis. Susceptibilities of a slab steel for engineering mechanism of different orientation under uniaxial stress were measured by self-dessigned susceptibility testing device. Studying results showed that theoretical values were well coincident with the experimental values, which provide theoretical basis and potential method for improving magnetic memory testing technique.
