摘要
目的研究新型杯芳烃衍生物的合成及其作为分离材料的应用.方法采用间苯二酚与醛类在酸性条件下缩合的方法合成间苯二酚杯芳烃,用溴代烷和氯乙酸将它们衍生化,用1HNMR和IR确定杯芳烃的结构,用气相色谱测定烷基化衍生物的分离性能.结果烷基化间苯二酚杯芳烃的色谱性能测试表明,它们对位置构体有良好的选择性,可分离多种位置异构体.结论烷基化间苯二酚杯芳烃衍生物可用于位置异构体的分离.
Aim To investigate the synthesis of new derivatives of resorcarene and their use as separation materials Methods Resorcinol reacted with aldehydes in the presence of hydrochloride acid, and resorcarenes were produced The resorcarences were derivatived using pentyl bromide and 2chloroacetic acid The selectivities of perpentylated resorcarenes used as gas chromatographic stationary phases were tested Results Perpentylated resorcarenes show excellent selectivity for separation of positional isomers Conclusion Perpentylated resorcarenes can be used as gas chromatographic stationary phases
