摘要 目的研究聚丙烯酸乙酯对奥克托金(HMX)的包覆效果.方法制备聚丙烯酸乙酯乳液,并对HMX进行包覆.分别采用光电子能谱分析仪(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、差热扫描热分析仪(DSC)、感度测定仪等对包覆HMX样品进行表征和分析,得到聚丙烯酸乙酯包覆HMX的最佳条件.结果及结论HMX的最大包覆度可达64.0%,包覆膜厚度约0.3μm,包覆后的HMX热分解温度基本不变,感度有所下降. Aim To study the coating effects on HMX particles with polyethyl arcylate under different conditions Methods Polyethyl acrylate emulsions were produced, and HMX was coated with polyethyl acrylate XPS, DSC, TEM and sensitivity instrument were used to characterize and analyze the coating effects The optimum conditions of coating HMX with polyethyl acrylate were obtained Results and Conclusion The results show that the maximum coated degree on HMX particles is up to 640%, the thickness of coating membrane is about 03μm,the thermodecomposition temperature of the coated HMX is unchanged basically compared to that of uncoated HMX, and the mechanical sensitivity is lowered slightly
