摘要
目的研究聚丙烯酸乙酯对奥克托金(HMX)的包覆效果.方法制备聚丙烯酸乙酯乳液,并对HMX进行包覆.分别采用光电子能谱分析仪(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、差热扫描热分析仪(DSC)、感度测定仪等对包覆HMX样品进行表征和分析,得到聚丙烯酸乙酯包覆HMX的最佳条件.结果及结论HMX的最大包覆度可达64.0%,包覆膜厚度约0.3μm,包覆后的HMX热分解温度基本不变,感度有所下降.
Aim To study the coating effects on HMX particles with polyethyl arcylate under different conditions Methods Polyethyl acrylate emulsions were produced, and HMX was coated with polyethyl acrylate XPS, DSC, TEM and sensitivity instrument were used to characterize and analyze the coating effects The optimum conditions of coating HMX with polyethyl acrylate were obtained Results and Conclusion The results show that the maximum coated degree on HMX particles is up to 640%, the thickness of coating membrane is about 03μm,the thermodecomposition temperature of the coated HMX is unchanged basically compared to that of uncoated HMX, and the mechanical sensitivity is lowered slightly
