摘要
通过对糖浆浓度激光自动检测过程的机理分析,以糖浆过饱和度的一般定义为依据,对糖浆浓度与折射率、折射率与临界角、临界角与亮区长度以及亮区长度与像元数的关系等进行了数学描述,最后导出了测量过程的数学模型.
Mechanism for automatic detection of syrup concentration by laser is analyzed. The relationships among syrup concentration, refraction index, critical angle, length of light area and number of CCD unit in light area are mathematically described on the basis of general definition of supersaturation of syrup. Mathematical model of the detection process is finally established.
