Aiming at the characteristics of the experimental teaching for undergraduate colleges and starting with research on the details of the whole lesson - prepared process of experimental teachers, the whole lesson -prepared process is divided into seven links as follows： preparing for students, preparing the teaching materials, preparing for self, preparing the process, preparing the potential development, preparing the teaching evaluation and preparing the rethinking on the teaching, so that the detailed methods of the whole lesson -prepared process of experimental teachers are explored.
