摘要
研究了采用过氧化氢为氧化剂,以硫化促进剂M、环己胺为原料,合成硫化促进剂CBS(N-环己基-2-苯骈噻唑次磺酰胺)的工艺条件,确定了最佳反应条件:n(促进剂M):n(环己胺):n(H2O2)=1:2.5:2.0,氧化反应温度(40±2)℃,滴加时间1.5h。在此条件下,产品经红外光谱确认,收率达92%以上,纯度为99%以上,熔点为98℃。
Accelerator CBS was prepared from 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and cyclohexylamine with hydrogen peroxide as oxidant.The optimal process conditions were confirmed as n(M):n(cyclohexylamine):n(H2O2)=1:2.5:2.0,oxidantion temperature at(40±2) ℃,oxidation time 1.5 h.The product was confirmed by IR with yield over 92%,purity over 99%,melting point of 98 ℃.
