摘要
在掌握SMP-Ⅰ合成机理的基础上,通过调整原料配比,合成了在抗盐性及抗高温等方面性能更高的SMP-Ⅱ产品。在保证产品质量的前提下,综合生产成本因素,筛选了最优的合成配比,并确定了工业生产的控制参数。结果表明,该合成方法工艺可行、操作稳定、便于控制,适合工业化生产。
Based on the synthesis mechanism of SMP-Ⅰ,SMP-Ⅱproduct with better performance on salt resistance and hightemperature-resistance was synthesized through the adjusting of raw material ratio.Under the precondition of assuring the product quality and integrating the production cost factors,the optimal synthesis ratio was selected and the controlling parameters for industrialized production were fixed.Results showed that the synthesis process was feasible,operation was stable,control was convenient and it was suitable for industrialized manufacture.
