本文论述了物流系统信息化的重要意义,明确物流信息平台的使用和推广是实现哈大齐区域物流现代化的重要手段和措施。针对哈大齐区域物流信息系统现状和存在的问题,分析了构建哈大齐区域共用物流信息平台的必要性。同时,根据区域物流发展对物流信息平台的实际需求,着重对哈大齐工业走廊物流信息平台各项基本功能进行了研究,为区域信息平台的最终实施奠定理论基础。

This paper first discusses the importance of logistics system informationize, points out the using and extending of HDQ regional logistics information platform is important means and measure to realize HDQ regional logistics modernization. And then analyses the essential of constructing common logistics information platform based on the development actuality of HDQ logistics information system, finally, depending on the overall functional request of the logistics information platform, focuses on the research on various fundamental functions of HDQ industry corri- dor logistics information platform, which formed the academic foundation for the implementation of HDQ regional information platform.
