摘要
田间喷施001mg/L的三十烷醇磷酸酯钾或05mg/L的三十烷醇都能显著改善同源四倍体大麦的产量性状且改善的程度相当,使穗颈长度从24cm延长到37cm,减少包颈的发生率,穗重从1145g提高到1338g,结实率从750%提高到795%,千粒重从43638g增加到50031g.
Field spreading of either TPK(potassium hydrogen 1-triacontyl phosphate, with the concentration of 0.01 mg/L) or TA(triacontanol, with the concentration of 0.5mg/L) could obviously improve the yield traits in autotetraploid barley, and their degrees of improvement were almost the same. In result, the length of spike neck was exserted from 2.4cm to 3.7cm, and the incidence of spike wrapping was reduced. At the same time, the spike weight from 1.145g to 1.338g, the seed setting percentage from 75.0% to 79.5%, and 1000-grain weight from 43.638g to 50.031g were increased respectively.
