摘要
目的对高效液相色谱法测定头孢呋辛含量的测量不确定度进行评定分析,以期找出影响不确定度的因素。方法用HPLC法测定头孢呋辛化学对照品的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果量化各不确定度分量,提出了该法的合成不确定度评估结果。结论计算出扩展不确定度U=1.32%(k=2),天平称量、样品的重复测定是影响测定结果的最主要因素。
OBJECTIVE To find out the effect factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of cefuroxime by HPLC. METHODS Determination the cefuroxime by HPLC and appraise the uncertainty according to JJFi059-1999. RESULTS The various measurements of uncertainty were quantized,and the measurement uncertainty was drawn. CONCLUSION The expanded measurement uncertainty U = 1.32% (k = 2), less sampling amount and repeated measurement was the primary factors for assay results.
