阿胶低肽有效分子量范围的筛选与量效关系实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的对实验制取的不同分子量段的阿胶低肽进行致敏性、有效性与量效关系实验的研究。方法将不同分子量段的阿胶低肽分3次静脉注射豚鼠,观察致敏性,确定分子量安全范围;采用环磷酰胺法制造贫血模型,考察不同分子量段的阿胶低肽对贫血小鼠的升血作用,确定有效分子量范围;最后进行有效分子量范围内的量效关系考察。结果分子量安全范围为〈3kD,有效分子量范围为1-3kD,量效关系研究表明对注射小鼠,阿胶低肽在120mg·kg^-1范围内呈量效正相关。结论阿胶低肽应采用的分子量范围为1~3kD,量效关系可应用于以阿胶低肽含量的比较取代药效强弱的比较。 OKIECrlVE To study the sensitization, availability of different MWt. Sect low-peptides of E'jiao we had prepared. Then study the dose-effect relationship. METHODS Prepare the different MWt. Sect enzymatic .solution of low-peptide of E'jiao, shot to guinea pig 3 times. Then observe the sensitization to ensure the safe MWt. Sect. Make anaemia sample by i. p. Cyclophosphamide, then study the anti-anaemia effect of different MW't. Sect low-peptide of E' jiao, ensure the effective MWt. Sect. Finally study the dose-effect relationship in the effective MWt. Sect. RESULTS The safe MW't. Sect is 〈3kD,the effective MWt. Sect is 1 - 3kD, the dose-effect relationship shows positive when MWt. Sect between lkD and 3kD. CONCLUSION The MWt. Sect of low-peptide of E'jiao for injection should be 1 -3kD, the dose-effect relationship can be used in comparison of effect which can he replaced by comparison of content.
