摘要
[目的]了解灵芝虫草合剂的毒性。[方法]根据30 d喂养试验方法将大鼠分为阴性对照组和低、中、高3个剂量组。连续喂养30 d后,摘眼球采血做血常规及生化指标测定,取肝、肾、脾、睾丸称重,并对肝、肾、脾、胃肠、睾丸、卵巢做组织病理学检查。[结果]各剂量组大鼠的体重增重、进食量、食物利用率与阴性对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);大鼠的脏体比与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、白细胞计数及白细胞分类均在正常值范围内;血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素、肌酐、血糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯测定值均在正常值范围内。病理检查未见异常。[结论]灵芝虫草合剂对机体未见不良影响。
[Objective]To understand the sub-acute toxicity of compound of ganoderma and lucidum. [Methods]According to the 30-day feeding method, we categorized the rats into the control group, the low-dosage group, the medium-dosage group and the high-dosage group. After 30 days feeding, the eyeball pick-up blood samples were performed blood routine and blood biochemical analysis;the liver, kidney, spleen, and testicles specimens were weighed and performed pathology examination of liver, spleen,intestines and stomach, testicles, and ovary tissues. [Results]Compared with the control group, the original body weigh,the increased body weight and the food utilization ratio of the other three groups were similar( P 〉0.05). The rats have no significant difference with the control group( P 〉0.05). Hemoglobin content, red blood corpuscles and leukocyte counts, and leukocyte differential count were within the normal range. The serum glutamate pyruvate transaminase(SGPT), glutamine-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT), urea nitrogen, creatinine, cholesterol, triglyceride, blood sugar,total albumen and albumin levels were within the range of the normal standard. There were no significant differences in pathology, [Conclusion]Rats did not show any harmful effects after taking compound of ganoderma and lucidum.
