摘要
[目的]通过对高校教学田径运动中肌肉损伤原因及损伤机理进行探讨,提出相应的预防对策,对指导大学生田径训练有一定意义。[方法]对高校教学田径运动中的肌肉损伤情况进行调查,并对相关情况进行统计分析。[结果]136名学生共发生324次肌肉损伤,损伤发生率为100.00%,人均2.38次。肌肉损伤的原因主要包括运动量过大、准备活动不正确及心理状态不良等。[结论]肌肉损伤在高校教学田径运动中很常见,一定要强化肌肉损伤的预防意识,明确防重于治。
[Objective]This study intends to find out the prevention countermeasures by analyzing the causes for muscle injury in track and field sports. This paper is of certain directive significance to the university students' track and field sports training. [Methods]survey data on muscle injury in track and field sport Teaching in universities were collected and analyzed. [Results] Among 136 students 324 clinical muscle injury were observed, rate o damage was 100.00%, because of over exercise, unreasonable warming up and confused state of mind and so on. [Conclusion]Muscle injury is common disease in track and field sports teaching,Training and matching in universities. We must strengthen consciousness of "prevention is better than cure. "
