2005～2007年攀枝花市部分吸毒者口服美沙酮维持者HIV、HCV检测资料分析

HIV HCV Examination Data Analysis among Drug Users Treated with Oral Methadone Maintenance in Panzhihua City from 2005 to 2007

[目的]了解攀枝花市口服美沙酮维持者的HIV与HBV感染情况，为疾病防治提供科学可靠的数据。[方法]对2005～2007年攀枝花市部分吸毒者口服美沙酮维持着HIV、HCV检测资料进行分析。[结果]2005～2007年共调查589名口服美沙酮维持治疗者，检出HIV抗体阳性54例，感染率9．17％；检出HCV抗体阳性410例，感染率73．51％。54名HIV感染者中，94．44％的人合并感染HCV。[结论]HIV及HBV的感染在口服美沙酮维持者人群中形势严峻．加强高危人群的HIV及HBV的检测，进行相关知识健康教育和监控措施控制，对预防和控制HIV和HBV传播有重要意义。

[Objective]To understand the status of HIV and HBV infection among oral methadone maintenance subjccts in Panzhihua city, provide scientific reliable data for disease control and prevention. [Methods] HIV and HCV examination data among oral methadone maintenance subjects from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed. [Results]589 oral methadone maintenance subjects were investigated from 2005 to 2007.54 of them were HIV positive, the infection rate was 9. 17%. 440 of them were HCV positive,the infection rate was 73.51%.Of the 54 HIV positive people,94.44% of them were infected with HCV. [Conclusion]The infection of HIV and HBV in oral methadone maintenance subjects was serious. It is very important to strengthen HIV and HBV test among high-risk groups,carry out health education on related knowledge and improve monitoring measures to control and prevent the prevalence of HIV and HBV.
