无箔二极管研究中的几个问题

探索了无箔二极管设计与计算中遇到的几个关键问题 :( 1)阴极杆损失 ;( 2 )近阴极区束流计算模型 ;( 3)空间电荷密度的计算 .理论研究表明 ,只要存在垂直于阴极杆表面的磁场分量 ,阴极杆损失就是不可避免的 .对近阴极计算的小平板二极管模型和卡诺短枪理论进行了讨论 ,指出研究无箔二极管宜采用卡诺短枪理论 .采用Weber模型计算空间电荷密度 ,取得了良好的效果 .以上研究的结论已直接应用于无箔二极管的研制工作中 .

Several key problems of foillessdiode are discussed. They include (1) the shank-loss, (2) near-cathode area modelling and (3) space charge density calculation. Theoretical results show that the shank-loss cannot be avoided if there exists only the normal component of magnetic field. The planar diode model and the Kino's‘ short-gun’ model are discussed and the Kino's model is indicated to be suitable for the foilless diode. The Weber's model is applied to the calculation of the space charge density.
