"澶渊之盟"是宋辽之间由战争走向和平的转折点,对这一事件的评价历来众说纷纭。"澶渊之盟"是双方势力均衡的产物。盟约缔结后,出现了双方百年和好的局面,有利于社会的稳定与发展,但由其引发的消极政治影响也是不能忽视的。
