The internet brings great convenience to people＇s study and life. Naturally, college students have become the main body of the internet, since they have strong desire for knowledge. How to instruct college students to correctly understand and use the internet has become a problem which needs solving immediately for the higher education. Therefore, the workers of higher education must update their thoughts, improve their quality and actively guide the healthy development of internet culture in college.
