Problems in the Formation and Development of Cross-disciplines and Related Countermeasures

学科交叉现象在学术界已受到高度重视。在界定交叉学科概念的基础上,结合交叉学科形成与发展的历程及研究现状,从科研管理的角度分析了中国交叉学科形成与发展中存在的难题,在此基础上对交叉学科科研管理的模式、方法与规律进行了理论探讨,就交叉学科的评价体制、人才培养和管理机制提出了设想。

The phenomenon of cross-disciplinary in the academic subjects has been attracted great attention. On the basis of defining the concept of cross-disciplinary, considering the process of the forma tion and development and the research state of the cross-disciplinary, this paper analyzes the problems existing in cross-diSciplines formation and development from the perspective of scientific research manage ment. Furthermore, this paper discusses the models, methods and laws of cross-disciplinary research and management, then gives some tentative ideas for evaluation system, personnel training and management system.
