摘要
摩擦扭矩是保证获得高质量摩擦焊接头的关键参数 .通过对连续驱动摩擦焊主电机定子电压和定子电流信号的计算机同步、实时测量 ,根据摩擦焊能量传输的特点 ,采用浮动求差的方法 ,实现了面向工程的摩擦扭矩方便、准确的检测 (即voltage currentfloatingevaluation法检测技术 ) ,并首次建立了面向工程的摩擦扭矩过渡与稳定摩擦阶段可靠的、指数形式的数理模型 .该检测技术与数理模型为监控连续驱动摩擦焊接质量提供了新的方法和依据 .
This paper is concerned with application of the voltage-current floating evaluation method for determining the friction torque of continuous drive friction welding. Electric voltage and current of the main motor are monitored in real time and synchronized. Based on the analytical model with exponential function behavior, both transitional and steady-state drive friction welding have been made use of in practice.
