摘要
2-氨基乙基三甲氧基硅烷在平板玻璃电极表面形成带氨基尾端的单层,并与戊二醛和尿素酶交替交联制成对尿素有电位响应的电极.研究在各种缓冲介质中该电极的性能.利用该电极测定血清中尿素氮,回收率在96.7%~101.8%之间.
Preparation of a new enzyme electrode for urea is reported, which is based on the PH glassy electrode modified with 2-aminoethyltrimethoxysilane in advance, followed by the surface of the electrode being alternatitively crosslinked with glutaraldehyde and urease. We discussed in detail the effects of kinds, concentration and PH of media on the response of the electrode. The electrode has been applied to the determination of urea in serum and recovery is between 96. 7 % and 101. 8%.
