慢性软组织疼痛患者生存质量与影响因素的研究

A STUDY OF QUALITY OF LIFE AND ITS CORRELATED FACTORS OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC SOFT TISSUE PAIN

目的:通过对慢性软组织疼痛患者的生存质量、情绪、心理及社会支持的评价,研究患者的生存质量及影响因素。方法:(1)用面对面的访谈方式调查210例病程长、病情较重的慢性软组织疼痛患者;(2)评估工具:健康状况问卷(SF-36),医学结果研究用疼痛量表(MOSPM),医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD),简短症状问卷(BSI)。结果:慢性软组织疼痛患者的生存质量与文化程度、经济收入、社会支持呈显著相关,与情绪、心理呈显著负相关。结论:为了提高疼痛患者的生存质量,除了重视生物因素治疗外,还应注重为患者提供良好的心理服务。

Objective ： To evaluate the relationship among quality of life, emotion mental status and social support of patients with chronic soft tissue pain. Methods： 210 patients with chronic soft tissue pain （CSTP） were investigated with face to face interview. All patients were assessed with short form-36 health survey （SF-36）, medical outcomes study pain measurement （MOSPM）, hospital anxiety and de- pression scale （HAD） and brief system inventory （BSI）. All patients were classified into three groups depending on HAD scale. Related factors among three groups were compared. Results .The quality of life of CSTP was significantly correlated with the patients＇education, economic status and social support, and it was negatively correlated with emotion and mental status. Conclusions ： To improve the quality of life of CSTP, besides treatment of biotic facts, better humanity service should regarded and concordant systematic of social supports should established for CSTP.
