脉冲温控射频治疗晚期胰腺癌顽固性疼痛的疗效观察

OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECT ABOUT UNRESECTABLE PANCREATIC CARCINOMA WITH INTRACTABLE PAIN BY PULSED-THERMOCONTROL-REDIOFREQUENCY

目的:探讨脉冲温控射频治疗晚期胰腺癌顽固性疼痛的疗效。方法:对46例伴有顽固性疼痛的晚期胰腺癌病人给予脉冲温控射频治疗,观察疼痛缓解、KPS评分以及并发症情况。结果:所有病人治疗后疼痛减轻,VAS评分明显减少(P<0.05)。精神、睡眠、营养状况等显著改善,KPS评分较术前明显增高(P<0.05)。少数病人(8.7%)出现轻度消化道并发症,经对症治疗后治愈。结论:脉冲温控射频是一种有效、安全的治疗晚期胰腺癌顽固性疼痛的手段,并能有效地改善病人生存质量。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of intractable pancreatic carcinomatous pain by pulsed-thermocontrol-radiofrequency. Methods： 46 cases of unresectable pancreatic carcinoma with intractable pain were treated by pulsed-thermocontrol-radiofrequency. Pain-relief, KPS and complications after treatment were observed. Results： Follow up ranged from 0 to 90 days observation showed that the intractable pain in all patients was controlled after the therapy. VAS was decreased obviously （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Spirit condition, sleeping and nutritional state were improved significantly, KPS was increased obvi- ously（P 〈0.05）. There were a few cases（8.7% ） occurrence minor alimentary complications, and all healed by conservative treatments. Conclusion： Pulsed-thermocontrol-radiofrequency is a method with safe and good effective and less complications for the treatment of intractable pancreatic carcinomatous pain, and it can improve life quality of patients efficiently.
