摘要
社会心理因素对教育改革起着重要的制约作用,且具有相对性、潜在性、持久性、复杂性和广泛性等特点。教育必须根据自身的运行特点,发挥自身对社会心理引导、调适与整合的功能,主动适应社会心理的影响和制约。教育对社会心理主动适应的过程,这是心理冲突与心理适应的过程。
The restrictions caused by the social psychology play an important role on education reform. There are some eharacteristies in the restrictions such as relativity, potentiality, persistence, complexity and universality. In order to actively adopt to the influence and restrictions of social psychology, education must exert the functions of guiding, adjusting and integrating in social psychology according to its own operation characteristics. It is a course of psychological conflicts and psychological adjustments process.
