区域教育科研在苏州市源于新时期教育改革发展的最初探索,长期以来在引领区域教育改革发展、繁荣教育科学中发挥了重要作用。进入新世纪,区域教育科研迫切需要在继承优良传统基础上进一步发展与创新。苏州市开展的"区域教育科研发展与创新研究",经过将近五年的不断推进,取得了丰硕成果:一是获得和提升了对区域教育科研发展与创新问题的理论认识;二是探索和构建了区域教育科研以人为本、全面协调可持续的发展模式;三是研究和建立了区域教育科研创新体系的基本框架;四是形成和总结了区域教育科研发展与创新个案研究的丰富成果。

Regional educational scientific research stemmed from the initial exploration of the educational reform development in the new stage in Suzhou City, which has played an important role in leading the regional educational reform development and booming the educational science ever since a long time ago. Entering the new century, the regional educational scientific research is pressing for further development and innovation on the basis of carrying forward the good tradition. After 5 years of pushing forward continuously, development and innovation of regional educational scientific research in Suzhou City has obtained fruitable achievements. Firstly, we have obtained and upgraded the theoretical recognition on the development and innovation issues of regional educational scientific research; secondly, we have explored and constructed the development mode of regional educational scientific research, with people orientation and all-round, coordinated and sustainable development; thirdly, we have studied and built up the basic framework of the regional educational scientific research and innovation system; fourthly, we have formed and summarized the rich achievements of case study about regional educational scientific research development and innovation.
