摘要
利用声发射(AE)技术跟踪监测了纤维缠绕壳体(FWC)水压实验(WPE)过程.分析了纤维缠绕壳体随着水压的增加从基体开裂、层间分层及纤维断裂到最终破坏的过程与声发射信号的关系;研究了在纤维缠绕壳体水压过程中出现的两次声发射峰所对应的压强与壳体爆破压强的关系.弄清了纤维缠绕壳体从细观损伤到宏观破坏的机理,为纤维缠绕壳体的设计及其理论分析提供了实验依据.
The waterpressure experiment (WPE) process of filamentwound case (FWC) is followed and supervised through AE technique. The relation between AE signals and the failure process, in which FWC is from the matrix cracks, delaminations and fiber breaks to the bursts with the increase of water pressure, is analyzed. Also, the relation between the pressure corresponding to twice AE peak values in the WPE process of FWC and the bursted pressure is studied. The research has understood the mechanism of FWC which is from microdamage to macrofailure, and provides the experimental basis for the design and theoretical analysis of FWC.
