摘要 目的:提出Al与茜素红-盐酸羟胺-邻菲啰啉显色反应体系荧光法测定矿泉水中微量铝的方法。方法:在pH6.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,铝与茜素红-盐酸羟胺-邻菲啰啉显色反应。结果:在所选定的最佳条件下,铝的线性范围为0.00-0.15μg/ml,回归方程y=9.072x+2.522,相关系数r=0.9997,方法的检出限为0.01μg/ml。结论:该法操作简单,灵敏度高,准确度好,可用于矿泉水中微量铝的测定。 Objective: A Color reaction system of Al-Alizarm red-o-phnanthroline-Hydroxylammonium chloride was used for the fluorophotometric determmation of micro-amounts of aluminium in mineral water.Methods:In a HAc-NaAc buffer solution of pH6.0,Al reacts with Alizarm red-o-ophnanthroline-Hydroxylammonium chloride to form a ternary complex.Results:The detection limit and linear value of the method was 0.01 μg/ml and 0.000.15 μg/ml respectively.The regressive equation was y=9.072x+2.522,with acorrelation coefficient r=0.9995.Conclusion:The method is simple and of high sensitivity and good selectivity.It can be applied to the determimnation of aluminium in mineral water.
