摘要
目的:探讨食品中铅的检测方法。方法:用微波消解样品后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定食品样品中的铅。结果:样品加标平均回收率为84.2%-103.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.1%-8.9%。结论:实验结果表明,该法具有简单、准确、灵敏等特点,适合食品中铅的测定。
Objective: To explore a method for determination of lead in foods.Methods:Directly determine the lead of foods by microwave digestion with the AAs.Results:The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 84.2%-103.4% and 5.1%-8.9%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It is suitable for determination of lead in foods.
