养殖牙鲆出血症病原菌的鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对山东青岛某养殖场患出血病牙鲆分离的8株病原菌进行鉴定。方法:使用法国生物梅里埃公司的全自动微生物鉴定仪VITEK 2Compact的革兰阴性菌鉴定卡(GN test kit),结合生物梅里埃公司的API-细菌鉴定系统API20E进行生理生化反应测试,为了进一步确定8株菌的分类学地位,测定了16S rDNA基因序列,与相关细菌序列进行比对,构建了系统进化树。结果:8株菌中5株为溶藻弧菌,1株为小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,1株为产酸克雷伯菌,1株可能为河流弧菌。结论:弧菌在分离菌中占据优势。 Objective: Eight pathogenic strains originally from the cultured haemorrhagic flounder in a fish farm of Qingdao City,Shandong Province were identified.Methods:The traditional physiological and biochemical methods,together with VITEK 2 Compact-GN test kit and API 20E from bioMérieux France were applied in the bacterial classification.To investigate the phylogenetic position of these pathogenic strains,16S rDNA gene was sequenced and compared with that of related strains.Molecular phylogenetic dendrogram was based on the genetic distance analysis.Results:Results showed that five strains were similar to Vibrio alginolyticus,two strains were Yersinia enterocolitica and Klebsiella oxytoca,and one strain was similar to Vibrio fluvialis in most of the phenotypes.Conclusion:Vibrio is the dominant strain among the isolated pathogenic bacteria.
