下城区饮食和公共场所从业人员肠道沙门菌携带状况调查分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解和分析杭州市下城区饮食、公共场所从业人员肠道沙门菌携带情况及菌型分布特点、耐药状况。方法:按沙门菌分离鉴定方法进行检测,WHO推荐的K一B法进行药敏试验。结果:73601名饮食和公共场所从业人员中检出沙门菌217株,检出率0.30%,分布于7个血清群,29个血清型,其中B群占比例最高,依次为B群、E1群、E4群、C1群、D群、C2群、E2群,有5个血清型为我区首次检出。217株沙门菌对阿莫西林/克拉维拉、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星的敏感度较高,均在94%以上,妥布霉素、阿米卡星、庆大霉素的敏感度略低,而复方新诺明、氨苄青霉素耐药率最高为16.59%。结论:本文实验结果可为研究我区饮食、公共场所从业人员沙门菌健康带菌者菌型分布规律及其对抗生素的敏感性提供参考。 Objective :To understand and analyze Xiacheng Hangzhou Salmonella food service employees to bring distribution and characteristics of bacteria, drug resistance. Methods:By Salmonella isolation and identification methods for detection, WHO recommended the K -B sensitivity test method. Results :73,601 employees in catering services in 217 Salmonella detection, the detection rate of 0. 30% , distributed in seven serogroups, serotype 29, which accounted for the highest proportion of group B, followed by B group, E1 group FA group, C1 group, D group, C2 group, E2 group, there are five serotypes were detected for the first time in our region. Salmonella 217 on amoxicillin/Carat vera, ampicillin/sulbactam, cefotaxime, cefoperazone, ciprofloxaein, ofloxacin is more sensitive,94 percent are more than tobramycin, amikacin, gentamicin sensitivity is slightly lower, and cotrimoxazole, ampicillin resistance rate of up to 16.59%. Conclusion:The results of this article our region for the study of Salmonella food service employees in the health - based distribution of carriers of bacteria and their sensitivity to antibiotics for reference.
