根据中华人民共和国国家标准《生活饮用水标准检验方法》(GB/T5750.12-2006)对水中微生物检测的要求、《实验室资质认定评审准则》和国家实验室认可生物安全认可准则等对水质微生物样品检测要求的不断加深,结合本检测中心的具体实际操作,本文提供了一套切实可行的微生物实验室样品检测与管理的流程,详细阐述了水质监测微生物样品的采集到最后样品的处理等环节,以期为供水行业微生物实验室检测水平的提高提供参考和依据。

According to the examination demand of ＂Standard Examination Method for Drinking Water Micribiological Parameters＂ and ＂Laboratory aptitude affirmation assessment criteria ＂and ＂Accreditation Criteria for laboratory Bio - safety＂ and combinating with specific operation of the montitoming center, this paper suggest a series of microorganism examination and management procedure. In the same time, we expatiated on the links from the taking samples to the ultimum treatment on microorganism sample of water quality. We hope that we can provide reference and warranty for microogganism laboratory in water quality monitoring trade.
