反应型阳离子柔软剂的制备及应用

Preparation and Application of Reactive Cationic Softener

以硬脂酸和二乙烯三胺经酰化反应制得二硬脂酰化物,用环氧氯丙烷阳离子化后,再加入乳化剂乳化,可制得带有反应性基团环氧基的新型双酰胺阳离子乳液型纸张柔软剂。以草浆为原料抄纸,通过纸张应用实验表明,在配制乳液时加入10%十六烷基三甲基氯化铵作为乳化剂,所得柔软剂乳液分散均匀、稳定,有利于柔软剂与纸张纤维发生较好的吸附,当柔软剂的阳离子度为0.6,其用量为1%时,纸张的柔软度可达到575mN。

The cationic diamide softener was prepared from stearic acid, diethylenetriamine （DETA） and expoy chloropropane. The cationic diamide softener can be emulsified by emulsifying agent, and the emulsion of cationic diamide softene can be used as softening agent in Papermaking. The results showed that the emulsion of the cationic diamide softener is stable and homogeneous when the dosage of emulsifying agent cetyltrimethylammonium chloride is 10% in the emulsifying process. The application results showed that the softness of the paper is 575 mN compared with the softness of the paper without softener is 897 mN when the cationic degree of the softener is 0.6 and its dosage is 1.0%. The cationic diamide softening agent has a perfect softening effect and an application prospect in papermaking.
