摘要
制浆蒸煮压力容器所用金属材料包括碳钢、不锈钢和双相不锈钢。压力容器材料的失效形式有腐蚀、磨损、应力腐蚀开裂和脆性断裂等。圆筒形蒸煮压力容器的制造多数属于复合板的焊接及热处理,为此需要正确制定焊接工艺和热处理工艺。蒸煮压力容器使用过程中产生的焊接接头裂纹的焊补需要在全面检验的基础上用断裂载荷理论评定修复。
The cylindrical pressure vessels using for chemical pulping were simply introduced. Metal materials for the cylindrical pressure vessels include carbon steel, stainless steel and duplex stainless steel. Its failure forms include corrosion, wear, stress corrosion cracking and brittle fracture. Because the major fabrication of the cylindrical pressure vessels belongs to welding and heat treatment of composite panels, the right welding and heat treatment process should be established. Repairing welded joint cracks of the cooking pressure vessels which are in working condition needs comprehensive assessment test on the basis of the fracture mechanics theory.
