摘要 给出一种表面波非接触式产生与接收新方法。理论上分析了利用脉冲激光照射试件表面产生表面波的机理;给出了共焦Fabry-Perot干涉仪超声探测系统及其工作原理;利用红宝石脉冲激光器产生表面波,共焦Fabry-Perot干涉仪超声探测系统接收表面波,实现了表面波的非接触式产生与记录,同时,将该技术成功地用于表面微小开口缺陷的非接触检测。结果表明,该方法对于表面缺陷的检测是行之有效的。 A new non-contact method of generating and receiving surface waves is presented. The mechanisms of laser pulse generated surface waves was analyzed theoretically. The system and its operation principle of an ultrasonic receiver with a confocal Fabry Perot interferometer(CFPI) were given. The surface waves are generated using irradiating an aluminum plate with a ruby pulse laser. They are detected, different distance from the source, by means of the ultrasonic receiver. Meanwhile, The surface open micro defect was detected successfully using this technique. The experimental results show that the technique is practical for inspecting surface defects.
