摘要
为分析转子—阻尼器—密封系统在密封的作用下所出现的不稳定现象以及阻尼器在抑制系统不稳定中的作用,对于一个水平放置的转子模型,考虑了线性形式的密封作用力、线性阻尼器以及非线性阻尼器的作用,通过求解综合运动微分方程的特征值,讨论了这类系统的运动稳定性。分析结果表明,作为一个非线性元件,阻尼器可以在系统出现失稳时为系统提供更多的阻尼,从而延缓不稳定的发生,有时可导致系统在极限环状态下运行。
In order to analyze the instability phenomenon in a rotor bearing seal system under the action of the seal and the ability of the squeeze film damper in suppressing this instability, for a horizontal rotor system, annular seal forces of linear form and forces of the linear damper and nonlinear damper are considered in the analysis. By calculating the eigenvalues of the characteristic matrix for the differential equations of the whole system, moving stability of the system is discussed. It is indicated that as a nonlinear element, the damper can provide more damping when instability occurs in the system, thus delaying the onset of instability. This can sometimes cause the system to operate in a limit cycle condition.
