Compared Management Patterns of the Drug Price in Some Country

目的为采用科学监管手段解决药价虚高问题提供参考。方法比较了相关国家药价监管模式,分析我国目前药价虚高的原因并提出了一些建议。结果与结论形成科学合理的定价机制、实施药品出厂价透明、推进医药分业改革、构建统一配送的物流平台,是解决药价虚高的有效途径。

Objective To provide a reference to resolve the issue of high drug prices by science regulatory means. Methods The author compared management patterns of drug price in some developed country, analyzed the problems existing in our country, and suggestions were offered to strengthen the management for the high-price of drug. Results and Conclusions The formation of scientific and rational pricing mechanism, the implementation of transparent ex-factory drug price, promoting the reform of pharmaceutical sub-sector, and building a unified platform for delivery of logistics, is an effective way to solve the high drug price.
