Discussion on the Detective Markers for Herba Ephedrae in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia

目的能够全面控制麻黄药材的质量。方法对《中国药典》麻黄药材中麻黄类生物碱含量测定指标进行探讨。结果与结论建议在测定单一成分含量的同时,增加测定其他生物碱的含量,从而对麻黄药材质量有更全面的控制和评价。

Objective For the control of the quality of Herba Ephedrae. Methods Discuss the detective markers for Herba Ephdrae in ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂. Results and Conclusions Make proposal that the detective ingredients should include alkaloids of ephedrine, as well as the ephedrine itself besides single component of Herba Ephedrae. That can make a better evaluation on the quality of Herba Ephedrae.
