水电站厂房机墩结构加载方式探讨及刚度分析 被引量:8

摘要 水电站厂房机墩组合结构是机组的主要支承体系,其刚度和强度对机组的稳定性至关重要。采用有限元法探讨了机墩结构机械动荷载施加方式,并计算了机墩组合结构的静力刚度和动力刚度。计算结果表明,动荷载的施加方式对结构响应影响较大,动态刚度与荷载频率存在密切相关性,动态计算的结果更为可靠。 The turbine foundation composite structure of powerhouse of hydropower station is main supporting system of generating unit so that its stiffness and strength are the most important for the stability of generating unit. This paper discusses the exerting mode of mechanical dynamic loads and calculates the dynamic and static stiffness of the foundation composite structure by using finite element method. The calculation results indicated that the exerting mode of the dynamic loads would bring great influence into the response of the structure, and the dynamic stiffness is closely related to load frequency. The dynamic calculation results are more reliable.
