A Case Study of Risk Management Planning for International Hydropower Construction Contracting

施工企业"走出去"承包工程面临着许多风险。为了做好风险管理,就需要运用系统的风险管理方法,包括风险识别、风险定性分析、风险定量分析、风险应对措施规划和风险监控。在了解项目风险管理知识的基础上,结合案例讨论应该如何在综合考虑事业环境因素、组织过程资产和项目资料的基础上,进行风险识别、分析和应对措施规划等,以便为类似项目的高层次风险管理规划提供参考,也为更细节层次上的风险管理规划打下基础。

It is a risky undertaking to go abroad for construction contracting. In order to manage risks well, we need to use systematical risk management methodology, including risk identification, risk qualitative analysis, risk quantitative analysis, risk response planning, and risk control This paper firstly summarizes the project risk management knowledge, and then uses a case to demonstrate how to do risk identification, risk analysis and risk response planning on the basis of considering Enterprise Environmental Factors, Organizational Process Assets and relevant project documents. The case could be used as a reference for similar projects＇ high-level risk management planning and also a good starting point for lower-level risk management planning.
