摘要
贯彻实施ISO9000国际质量体系标准,已成为水电施工企业改进管理水平、提高市场信誉、增强国内外市场竞争能力的重要途径。而体系内审和管理评审是质量体系过程监视和测量的重要手段,是水电施工企业质量体系自我完善机制的重要体现。结合武警水电部队贯标工作实际,对质量体系体系内审和管理评审中存在的主要问题进行了初步分析,并提出若干改进意见。
The implementation of ISO9000 has become an important way for hydropower construction enterprise to improve the management level, enhance market prestige and increase market competition force at home and abroad. The internal check of the system and the management evaluation check are the important tool of process monitoring and measurement of quality system and are the important realization of self-perfect mechanism of quality system of hydropower construction enterprise. In combination with the work of the implementation of ISO9000 in the Hydropower Troop of Chinese People Armed Police Forces, this paper preliminarily analyzes main problems existed in the internal check of quality system and the management evaluation check and then puts forward some improvement opinions.
